Factorybook is an AI copilot for small factories in India. It runs orders, production, stock, and suppliers in one workspace, and fills in the forms from things you already have — a WhatsApp message, a supplier invoice, or a photo — instead of you typing them.

Paste a message or upload a photo/PDF and Factorybook reads it and fills in the relevant form — a customer, an order, a supplier invoice, a material request. If the text mentions several records at once (like a batch of orders), it splits them into separate entries for you to review before saving. Every AI-filled field stays editable, so nothing is saved without your confirmation.

Invoice and order forms include GSTIN, HSN/SAC, and e-way bill fields built in, and AI extraction fills them automatically from a scanned invoice where possible.

Team members sign in with their own account and see a workspace suited to their role — sales, manufacturing, warehouse, or admin — all reading from the same live numbers.
